If you are interested in launching a career in an exciting industry, the Associate Development Program is an outstanding opportunity. Since the Associate Development Program was founded in 1991, it has given hundreds of eager and enthusiastic Associates the framework and support to grow their careers into management, sales, technology, accounting, and more.
The program consists of 2 tracks – Sales and Operations. The Sales Track is a 12-month program that will teach Associates how RRD Services and Solutions are sold, produced and delivered. Through department rotations, job shadowing, and our online learning curriculum, Associates will gain the knowledge they need to cross sell our various capabilities.
In the Operations Track, Associates will learn hands-on how we produce, manage, optimize, and distribute content during a 24-month program. In addition to on-the-job training, Operations Associates will also have access to both Manufacturing & Leadership training through our online learning curriculum. This supplemental learning will ensure that Associates are confident in our production processes and management best practices.
