The Accounting & Finance Internship is a paid summer or year-round program for rising college juniors and seniors majoring in Accounting or Finance.

Our Intern projects are crafted to give you real-world accounting or finance experience and project responsibility in a large organization. In addition to being assigned a manager and team, you will get additional opportunities to experience our corporate culture with exposure to our accounting and finance leaders.

Intern assignments could focus on the following accounting and finance functions: Business Unit Finance, Corporate Controller Group, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Tax, and Treasury.

Our internship program is crafted to accelerate early career development of high-potential college students to prepare them for a future career in the accounting or finance field.

The IT Internship is a summer program for rising college juniors and seniors. This paid position provides experience on real-world systems and projects, preparing you for a career in IT.

RRD IT employees work hand-in-hand with our internal business partners and clients to deliver best-in-class communication products and services across a wide range of industries. Internship areas of focus include:

• Application development
• Infrastructure
• Project management and support
• On-site and remote hardware and software installation and support
• Onboarding and migrating clients to new system
• Writing code for a variety of systems

Our summer interns are considered for full-time, post-graduate roles and for year-round part-time opportunities while still attending school.

Career path: Sales, RRD Sales Associate Program

The Sales Internship is a summer program for rising college juniors and seniors. This is a paid experience allowing you to gain firsthand experience to prepare for a career in sales.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of RRD’s strategic solutions, gaining expertise in how they’re produced, marketed, sold, and delivered. You’ll also participate in:

• Group sales training with fellow interns across the country.
• Client sales meetings with your local manager and/or senior sales representatives
• Two summer-long projects — one focused on sales and one focused on business
• A final presentation to our sales leaders where you provide business recommendations

Successful sales interns are given priority consideration for a full-time Sales Associate position through our Associate Program.
