Lenticular Lens Direction

What is a lenticular lens in the first place? They are the ridges in the plastic that either run horizontally or vertically.

Lens direction makes a huge difference in the amount of ghosting you may experience. There are 2 rules of thumb to follow:

If it's 3D or a walk-by (ie. magnet, poster, POS) the lenses have to run vertically, creating a Left to Right Lenticular Effect.

Everything else, the lens should run horizontally to create a Top to Bottom Lenticular Effect. This includes flips, zoom, motion, morph, etc...
