Diversity in our supplier base

RRD recognizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion both within the workplace and throughout the supply chain. Our success stems from diverse perspectives that lead to new ideas and innovation. We are committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients and the markets they serve, while also recognizing new opportunities on the supply side of our business.

RRD has a robust supplier diversity initiative that includes:

  • Buying from small and diverse owned businesses
  • Partnering with select small and diverse-owned businesses to help increase their capacity to provide goods and services purchased by RRD and other companies
  • Increasing opportunities for small and diverse-owned businesses in the printing industry
  • Reporting the dollars our suppliers spend with diverse-owned businesses

As an active corporate member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC), we are continuously seeking out additional small and diverse businesses to include in RFPs, while identifying new opportunities for business and mentorship for those already in our supply base.
