The RR Donnelley Postal Affairs department works to support our customers need to connect with the United States Postal Service and deliver on our promise to give our customers the highest level of service in the industry. The Postal Affairs team works to ensure that RR Donnelley and the USPS understand each other’s strategic direction in pursuit of the growth of postal commerce and that we are continuously working to improve the way in which we work together.
RR Donnelley works with the industry to develop tools that enable our customers to electronically connect the mailing supply chain. RR Donnelley’s advocacy on behalf of our customers has resulted in the establishment of standardized data formats for mailings, electronic postage payment, mail tracking and the development of programs to save our customers money on postage.
RR Donnelley will continue to work with the United States Postal Service on programs to minimize costs and ensure the viability of postal commerce.
