Proposals are accepted between January 1 and November 1 every year. All proposals should include:
- a description of the applying organization, its activities and its clients;
- a clear statement of what is wanted;
- an explanation of what will be accomplished;
- a copy of the organization's IRS status letter;
- a list of board members; and
- an audited financial statement.
A limited amount of other supporting materials — such as an annual report, brochure or newsletter — is also welcome.
