If you are on a Windows PC or a MAC, you can upload using our Web Transfer Website. Please Note: There may be a limit on the size of the files that you can upload.

For FTP using an FTP client:
Follow the instructions below to prepare your file.
- For Macintosh files, stuff (.sitx) or create an OS/X archive (.zip)
- For PC files, use WinZip to create a .zip file
- Filenames should use only characters Aa-Zz, 0-9, dash, underscore and period
Use Fetch for Mac or WS_FTP for PC similar FTP clients and the following information to open our Guest FTP site
- HOST: FTP.RRD.COM
- USER: 65-wetmore-ac
- PASS: rrd,070103
- Open the "IN" folder
- Upload your file to this folder
- Disconnect once the upload has completed
- Send email to wetmorepreflight@rrd.com describing the purpose of the file and the filename
