When reviewing your pages in InSite Smart Review here is a checklist of items you should review.

• Check "Preflight Manager" for Errors/Warnings.
  • Resolution failures
  • Font failures
  • White objects/text not knocking out
  • Total ink density
  • PANTONE colors are used
• Check knockout/overprint of elements in the "Separations" window.
• Verify document size & offsets are correct in the "Page Info" window.
• Verify that all marks are away from the bleed.
• Verify text is not less than 3/16" from trim.
• Verify that all pages have a full 1/8" bleed.
• Verify each pages color information.
• Verify folio on page matches number in the file name.
• Check crossovers using spread mode.
• Verify that ALL rejection/revisions have been made.
• Check for type reflow, and missing or added elements.
• Approve/Reject pages on InSite.
• After approval process, ensure that page count is accurate.
