RR Donnelley Post Plant is located thirty miles north of Milwaukee in West Bend, Wisconsin. We pride ourselves in our unique capabilities and innovative solutions for half size commercial print needs. We are known for our production of brochures, booklets, pocket folders, video boxes and encourage more involved constructions requiring specialty dies, finishing or fulfillment. We print on a variety of substrates like ClingZ, Mactac, MagneCote, Lenticular, Sheer Veneer and other synthetics.
To insure a smooth production process we know the importance of being proactive, reliable and efficient. Construction meetings, which have a project team thoroughly reviewing each job, reduce potential issues that might occur throughout the course of production. Being ISO 9001-2000 certified insures consistency and accountability in production. Utilizing the Hagen scheduling module allows for quick and effective viewing of all active projects in real time. Surveying customers after each project confirms customer satisfaction and helps gather suggestions for future improvements.
Creative Services, Lenticular and Multimedia Solutions are some of the other specialty products that are part of the uniqueness our foundation is built upon. We have the in-house design services to insure unique and effective designs, while maintaining a smooth production process within the RR Donnelley family. Lenticular will give you the extra pop and attention on your client's next marketing piece by adding 3D or animation. Our Multimedia Solutions team can manage all of your client's VHS, Beta, CD, Diskette, Cassette needs from CD Replication, CD duplication and storage through strategic suppliers to packaging and fulfillment.
