To make your file uploading experience as easy and flexible as possible we have multiple options to suit your needs.
- RR Donnelley Commercial Print Division Upload Portal
This option is a html upload portal designed to be easy to use and capabile of uploading to all of the commercial print plants in the RR Donnelley family. This is the preferred choice of most because of its easy interface.
- Standard FTP Site
This is still one of the most common ways to move files. This process requires FTP client software installed but is a terrific and efficient way to move large print files. Several free and excellent FTP clients are available for any platform.
- Insite
Insite is a excellent tool available for uploading files. The instructions here refer only to Insite's uploading/downloading capabilities but Insite has many additional capabilities that may benefit you including, proof review/approval via smart review, upload auto processing, etc. Ask your Customer Service Representative or Sales Representative for more information about Insite.
