This customer is one of the leading specialty retailers of lingerie and beauty products, dominating this market with trendy fashion-inspired collections, prestige fragrances and cosmetics and world famous runway shows.
Our customer previously purchased their direct mail print separately from imaging and mailing services which involved complex tracking requirements. In this scenario, they had to manage multiple vendors in different states to coordinate the print, ink jet imaging, data processing, postal qualifications, PLANET coding, and reporting. This effort between the various processes was cumbersome, costly, and riddled with opportunity for errors and delays.
