Health Screening Event Kits Case Study

Our customer is a global health service company providing medical, dental, disability, life and accident insurance. As part of their service, they are required to have medical screening devices and kits that may contain as many as 120 different items, in place at screening events.

A demand-driven, product completion and reverse logistics model was implemented and by drawing on our supply chain expertise they were able to fully utilize their capital resources in the areas of sales and customer service. The customer also achieved:
