Our Facility:

We are conveniently located in Downtown Tampa, on the 31st floor of the AmSouth building, near some of Florida's finest restaurants, theaters, sporting venues and tourist attractions such as the St Pete Times Forum, Tampa Convention Center, Florida Aquarium, Port of Tampa and Tampa Channelside.

• Open 7 am to 10 pm - Monday through Friday, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Well-appointed conference rooms that can accommodate from 8 to 22 clients
• Conference rooms are equipped with high-speed data ports plus wireless access, computers, printers, and cable television.
• Our lounge offers HDTV, a pool table, arcade game system, telescope, a fully stocked kitchen and food service area
• Access to fully appointed gym inside the building

• Take I-275 N
• Take Downtown West exit #44
• Stay left on the ramp as the road forks
• Merge onto Tampa Street, a one-way street
• Stay on the right lane
• The building is eight blocks down on the right side

• Take Downtown West exit #44
• Stay left on the ramp as the road forks

Via I-275 S (coming from Ocala direction going towards St. Petersburg)

• Take Downtown exit #45A
• Stay right on the ramp as the road forks
• Follow the sign for Ashley Street
• Then follow the signs to Tampa Street
• Go about eight blocks on Tampa (one way street)
• The building will be on your right

Via I-4 W (coming from Orlando direction)

• Take I-4 to I-275 South
• Take Downtown exit #45A
• Stay right on the ramp as the road forks
• Follow the sign for Ashley Street
• Then follow the signs to Tampa Street
• Go about eight blocks on Tampa (one way street)
• The building will be on your right

Via I-75 N (coming from Naples/Ft Lauderdale direction)

• Take exit #50 Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway
• Take exit #8 (Downtown East/Kennedy Blvd), this is a one-way street
• Follow Kennedy for eight blocks
• Turn left on Tampa Street
• The building is two blocks down on the right
