Out Kitting/fulfillment department provides quick and accurate service. We can assemble your projects, and our ISO-9001:2000 certification ensures a total quality approach each step of the way.
Our state-of-the-art Fully-automated Longford kitting line with Streamfeeder collating system produces up to 120 kits a minute offering the highest quality packaging with the most production efficient equipment available. Each feeder has barcode recognition capabilities to verify quality of product being fed onto the line. The product divert station allows defective product to be ejected prior to the heat tunnel which provides for increased production efficiencies. Our six feeders, with room for placement of two additional stations, allows for up to seven components per package.
When extra care is needed we offer handworked packing in our 5000 Sq. foot secure kitting area.
