Follow the instructions below to prepare your file.
- For Macintosh files, stuff (.sitx) or create an OS/X archive (.zip).
- For PC files, use WinZip to create a .zip file.
- Filenames must be 31 characters or less, only characters Aa-Zz, 0-9, dash, underscore and period should be used.
- File size must be 50 MBytes or less.
Follow the instructions below to prepare your file.
- Use Fetch for Mac or WS_FTP for PC similar FTP clients and the following information to open our Guest FTP site.
HOST:mtwin02.rrd.com
USER ID:31-commpress-AC
PASSWORD:WCP-BRISQUE
- Leave the Initial Directory blank.
- Once you have connected with the site you can then "put" files or drag and drop them to the folder.
- Files will post to the Corporate MassTransit Server and upon completion of the upload will transfer to the MassTransit server at Commercial Press.
- Disconnect once the upload has completed.
- Send email to your salesperson or CSR describing the purpose of the file and the exact filename.
- Transfer files on a PC using Internet Explorer by going to:

- You will be presented with a “Drop_Off” folder and a “Pick_Up” folder. Double click the Drop_Off folder to open it
- Drag or copy files or folders to the page.
- Files will automatically transfer to our server.
- This only works on a PC with IE.
