Our Phases & Career Tracks

In 12-24 months, Associates in the Associate Development Program will participate in two phases of on-the-job training: the Production Phase and Business Phase. The Production Phase consists of “hands-on” training on the manufacturing floor, while the Business Phase will train Associates on the business and administrative side of our industry. The rotations that an Associate completes in each phase is dictated by the Associate’s career track: Sales or Operations.

In addition to on-the-job training, Associates’ learning will be supplemented with online learning through RRD’s online curriculum. The online curriculum will also allow Associates to track their progress throughout the program and participate in group discussions with other Associates and leaders across the organization.

Upon graduating from the Associate Development Program, Associates will have the skill set to be competitive for various roles within RRD. The possibilities are truly endless!
