GDS' Account Management teams are empowered to resolve issues and concerns. Our policy is to resolve operational issues at the lowest practicable level that is appropriate with the severity of the situation.

In addition to ensuring that operational issues are dealt with quickly and effectively we believe that Account Management should also add strategic value to our clients. We continually look at ways in which we can add value to our clients, for example, adapting a process to improve productivity or introducing new communication strategies to help our clients improve customer satisfaction or gain market share. Our Account Managers work collaboratively with our clients to ensure a good balance of day to day operational optimisation with longer term innovation and strategic improvement.
