Award: RR Donnelley's OneSite Internet portal has been selected for the Chairman's Website Award and its co-palletization tray solution has been recognized with the Mailing Industry Ingenuity Award by the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA). RR Donnelley's innovative OneSite broke new ground by becoming the first Internet portal to combine post-production shipment tracking and postal network tracking into one synchronized report. RR Donnelley's co-palletization tray resources help direct mailers maximize postal discounts by assembling trays of letter mail from different customers onto consolidated pallets that will be delivered to USPS. Award: RR Donnelley's Global Outsourcing professionals in Chennai, India passed the Stage 2 Audit for the British Standards Institute’s 25999 Certification. The BS25999 Standard certifies processes and documentation that ensure continuity of key services in case of any disruption. RR Donnelley has the distinction of being only the fourth company in India’s ITeS (IT Enabled Services) industry and the seventh across all industries in India to attain this certification. Global Outsourcing in Chennai was also credited with being the only company not to have any non-conformance issues at the Stage 2 Audit level. Year: 2009

The Printing Industries of America is the world's largest graphic arts trade association representing an industry with one million employees. The Printing Industries of America (PIA) Premier Print Awards international competition is the oldest, largest and one of the most prestigious of its kind within the graphic arts industry.
